He is thorough with his job and always communicates with me regarding issues and will ask if I have any concerns since his last visit. When issues were reported, he came immediately and did not wait until his next scheduled visit."

"As a customer of Terminix since 2018--bait control, crawl space encapsulation and a whole house dehumidifier, I trusted them. However, little did I know that when I cancelled my bait stations, they cancelled my crawl space service as well (just shy of the warranty period). I could never get them to schedule appointments when I was available. They would call, while I was at work, and say they were on their way. I had spoken to the manager, at that time, and he would make sure they would set up appointments a week in advance. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I actually called and had another salesman, or 'employee' come out--Keith, he made his pitch to me. My bait stations all had to be replaced, because they don't use those any longer. Much more money.....but I never heard from him again. When I called to get service July 26, 2022, on my dehumidifier, I no longer existed in their customer list. Now, I have had to replace the dehumidifier, due to the installation (it wouldn't drain as it should, and didn't work).....out a bunch of money on this one. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!"

"We built a new home and want to be sure to protect it from unwelcome pests! I went on-line and saw Terminix was rated #1 by customers. I also saw a promotion for $50 off the first inspection and treatment. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our experience. I submitted my info on-line and was contacted by a very pleasant, knowledgeable sales gal within 10 minutes. She fully explained their offerings and procedures. We scheduled an inspection/treatment at a time and date that was very convenient for me. The service technician called me the day before to confirm his appointment. He also called me the day of the service informing me when he was about 10 minutes from my home. The technician was so friendly! He did a great job. We are very happy with Terminix from Indianapolis and highly recommend their services."

"If you value your money, you will not do business with this Terminix office. They are terrible!! They lie and will not do what they sell. We paid $1500 to remove squirrels from our attic last year (June 2017). We have attempted multiple times to get them come out and get the squirrels. They would periodically come out and tell they just need to adjust the traps. It did not work. After a year of frustration, I asked for a refund. I did this knowing that they had a full satisfaction guarantee. They have given me the run around for at 5-6 months about the refund. They have had multiple managers and given me the same type of response. The current managers Ken, Tony and Scott have all given me the run around blaming the regional vice president saying that he has to approve of the refund. The corporate customer service has said that the local office has to approve of the refund. These guys are complete liars and cannot be trusted. Now when I call Ken with my cell phone he will not even take my call. I immediately called him back from a number that I knew he would not recognize, he immediately picked up the call. Just this past week I went into my attic to change the air filters and saw the "squirrel traps" that they supposed set to catch the squirrels. To my utter surprise, I find MOUSE traps. (See the pictures below). These clowns clearly don't know what they are doing but charge excessive prices like they do. Again if you value your hard earned money. DO NOT USE TERMINIX!!!"
