"Everything always turns out as expected."
"Friday 5/5 on my lunch I dropped off a corporate event tablecloth to the Green River Rd location to be laundered and pressed. The older lady working told me it would be back by 5/11 after 5pm. So 6 days until I can have it back. I told her I needed it back for an event on the 9th at 4:30pm. She angrily tore up the slip and rewrote it with RUSH CHARGE starred in the upper left corner and a note saying pick up after 5, on the 8th. I just went to pick it up and asked the young girl working about Clayton’s general turn around time as to avoid rush charges in the future. She basically told me a day and a half. I then presented my ticket with the RUSH CHARGE written on it for a 4 day turn around. The younger girl was confused and summoned the lady I originally dealt with. She loudly, rudely told me it’s not due back until the 9th. I said very plainly the 8th after 5 is indicated on the ticket. And guess what? They had not even laundered it yet. It was still dirty in their bin 4 days later. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just a “welp I guess they didn’t get it” and a “we can try to have someone pick it up tomorrow” horrific business practice. So now I will certainly be incurring a rush charge at an alternate service provider. Ridiculous. Avoid."
