"Myself,my brother in law and my niece must use CVS due to our insurance. However, every month regardless of requesting refills early or being enrolled in auto refills, we always have to either fight to get our medication or wait days for them to get around to getting it in stock. Many of these medications are a matter of life or death. Definitely, do not recommend CVS to anyone who can go elsewhere."

"If I could rate this lower I would, told me my prescription would be ready by 5 and I get there at 5 and she then tells me it won’t be ready till 5:30, which doesn’t sound like a big deal but I was leaving town and planned on picking it up on my way. Don’t use this pharmacy"

"There was a young lady who worked up front at the pharmacy I wish I knew her name. She was amazing! she really cared for the patients and you can tell took pride in her job. she may have taken a bit longer then usual but that was because she was gonna work with you to figure your issue out. Not just push you out the door. I wish every pharmacy tech was just as kind and caring as she was. sadly I haven’t seen her the past few months. I hope cvs didn’t loose her because she was a true jewel. There is constant issues with my medication and judgement that goes behind it sadly! I will say st. Joe has been the best so far trying to get my medicine to me as fast as they can. even giving a partial when it was gonna take to long. as my medication is life and death to me. I think some people get burnt out and forget how important their job is. I have been lied to and my medicine count off by other pharmacies. I see others who deal with the same exact thing. If you don’t take pride in your job leave the field. This is people life’s in your hands."
