Reviews
"The training program is excellent. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and committed to making sure their students are understanding and retaining the material. I'm in my third month and having such a great time. Being able to use the rental program is super helpful and let's me test out several guns so I can find what suits me best."
"It's the Sweetwater of guns! They offer ammunition at market prices, have guns of all sorts on display, and offer good prices on rentals and shooting lane time. Rented a $1,700 rifle I can't afford at the moment and had a blast for $20 plus the price of ammo. My wife and I go here regularly to keep our aim sharp with our daily carries"
"It's the most welcoming and streamlined shooting range experience. Especially for beginners. The business is evolving and seems to only be getting better. Great staff. They remember your name and treat you well. Classes are effective and fair. Decent member perks. The classes have definitely changed and gotten more crowded over the past few years but it's understandable since gun ownership is growing. Thanks yall."
"Absolutely wonderful staff! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and happy to help even with me being kinda anxious at first. I rented a FN Scar with ease and admittedly it had a little issue with the magazine but they were happy to let me try a different firearm (IWI Galil) with the same ammo type. The man out at the range had loaded maybe 5 to 8 in a different mag and so I asked him if he had any of the bullets still in there. He then gave me 15 since he had them in it, then he advised me on how to keep a better stance, and explained how the sight was best used with the target at 25 yards. 100% recommend shooting here!! Or any Midwest Shooting Center in general, definitely will be back!"
"I first went in almost a year ago and took my son. We had virtually no shooting experience. The staff at the range rental counter gave some good recommendations for my 10 year old son to try out. We went a few time to shoot and then decided to get a membership. The membership was explained well for the charges and the cancelation policy. After getting a membership and shooting several times my son wanted to take lessons and learn more. We signed up, again the process and charges were explained. I have had a lot of proud and great moments watching him progress. Seeing the trainers coach all the students it is obvious the training staff (James, Steve, Stephen and Jason) take this serious but also really enjoy watch people progress through the training. As a matter of fact much of the staff has gone unchanged and have always been welcoming and helpful. My daughter is now 10 and just started shouting as well. I’ve shopped guns, optics as well as ammunition prices and Midwest is always competitive for what I’m looking for. Nate has been helpful and always greets us when he sees us, but he does this with most guests I have noticed. Jessica at the membership counter greets us as well. Overall a great atmosphere for customer service, at least in my opinion."
