"First off as a Christian I am not one too speak negatively of anyone but I simply feel if there’s a place to go to learn how to dry clean the people here should go… I simply asked for my clothes to be dry cleaned after having them dry cleaned there several times an the work seem satisfactory.. but one particular time my clothes came out faded an damaged.. I do applaud the fact they attempted to fix the situation but they came out the same way.. suffice to say I will not be using said cleaners again.. I will be taking my business down the street and around the corner.. I try to support small businesses African American owned but the bottom line everyone is not worth supporting the good news is the other dry cleaners I am now using is owned by African Americans an so far the service has been satisfactory moral is in the past the cliche goes like this.. the customer is usually right.. in this situation I felt I was That’s my. 2 or 3 cents be blessed"

"They have good service and have pricing to push you to spend at least $30 or pay almost a penalty price per piece. It's a very smart pricing and even make customers feel like they are saving. You are not really saving compared to other cleaners but saving by paying $3.75 per pound (8 pounds minimum) versus over $4.50 per item. But so far the service has been good and staff helpful."

"I received excellent service from this cleaners. I had placed my coat in the compartment overhead on the plane. I thought my coat would never come cleaned because of all the lint and dirt from that compartment on the plane . I wanted to keep the coat because it was a very expensive coat. When I picked my coat up from Value Cleaners in Merriville, and they did an excellent job getting all that lint and dirt particles off my coat and looked brand new. I’ve been to several cleaners in Indiana and I received the best results at this cleaners."

"I took 2 winter coats there for them to clean and put on new zippers. Several weeks went by so I called. Same lady that waited on me before ansered the phone. I asked if my coats were ready. She said yes they been ready. I said well why didn't you or someone else call me. She really didn't have an excuse. I said because if I had not called you would have either sold my coats or tried to charge me a storage fee. She said well their ready and hung up. How professional. NOT !"
