"Yesterday was my first time using this cleaners and I do NOT RECOMMEND this cleaners EVER. While it was my first time I expected to be charged the prices listed. I took a thin, simple dress to be STEAMED. I was charged $6 instead of the $3.99 that us advertised. When asked why I'm being charged $2 more he says because of the length of the dress. Mind you it was a thin summer dress that didn't even fill the full length of the bag used to cover the garment. So who decides if the dress is long or short? Not to mention, none of this is listed. It was my first time AND my last. It is clear the 4.0 stars is fabricated. I don't do this often but DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I wish I had read the reviews b4 I went there."
