"The manager there is pretty rude. Because of how we were dressed (in outdoor working on the pool clothes) she was very "concerned" that we wouldn't be able to afford what we needed. I went back this year hoping to give them another shot. It was the same manager and she was pretty rude. She talked down to other customers for not knowing what do to, how to treat their pool, etc. I will not be back."

"Great experience they have knowledgeable staff. I get solid service every time. The only negative is (as with most stores) it’s always cheaper to buy online….I didn’t have my phone that day I paid $25 more than what Amazon had it for….no returns on chemicals..Lesson learned otherwise great place!!"

"Excellent service! They do the most thorough water test anywhere. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to help with any type of pool problem you might have. Leslie's is my go-to place when I run into a pool issue and I can't figure out. There are not a lot of pool places in town that I trust, but Leslie's is at the top of my list. Highly Recommend!"

"If I could give Leslie's Pool less than one star I absolutely would! Rude manager, who is lazy and not helpful. Acts like she does not want to do a simple water test for customers...or when she does constantly complains. She could care less about my needs really and is absolutely not a nice person. She is not helpful when asked questions and acts like I am stupid for asking them. There are a number of pool places in Evansville. I will NOT be going back."
