"I recently had a bad experience at their west side location. However, I am leaving a 5 star review because of how helpful Kelsey was. She accommodated my needs, and as a result I have upgraded to the Prime X tier to have access to the ignite studio. It would be great if every employee were as helpful as Kelsey was!"

"Amazing!!! Clean facility, polite and helpful staff. Some of the newest equipment I have ever come across. The locker rooms are clean and new. The pool is perfect and they even have an area to watch your kids. I just started going and I'm excited about working out again!!!"

"BFit works for me. I like group classes and BFit offers a variety of classes at different times of day throughout the week. The instructors are knowledgeable and work to make sure there are options for different levels of fitness. There is also a lot of equipment and free weights. And importantly, the facility is clean and doesn't have that "gym" smell."

"BFIT North is just not a gym, it’s family. I feel welcome walking in the door, as I am always greeted by smiling friendly faces. To me it’s a community; from the trainers(Mark I know personally), to Laine, Val and Ethan. They are well trained, professional and caring. Up to date machines, and spotless. I must mention our cycling instructor, Sarah. Personable, puts every effort in our class, and knows everyone personally. She makes the class like a full body w/o, which I need. Kudos to the owners making the gym what it is. My home away from home."
