"I had them replace my liner and coping around my in-ground pool 2 summers later the liner is falling off I have tried to discuss this matter with them several times and they are not concerned at all about the problem have barley got a response regarding the problem. I was told they do not know when they can come out so no dates given also they are not liable for the problem even though they installed all new everything and put the liner in I would of been fine paying to get it fixed and wanted to speak to someone and get some kinda date or something but nothing and haven’t heard back still weeks later do not recommend this business at all!"

"I have a bad Salter Cell that needs replaced. I opened an insurance claim and had to contact Aqua Care to set up a service appointment. They tell me the can't get Salt Cells right now but said they would come out and check it out. After the appointment, they tell me they will start with replacing the power supply. If that does work, they will have to wait until next year to replace the Salt Cell. I immediately take the Salt Cell to Aqua Vita. They test the cell and it is clearly bad and they have 3 on the shelf. I call the insurance company back and they tell me the claim was denied because Aqua Care said it was the power supply that is not covered. Aqua Care has no idea what is wrong with my pool because they can't test the Salt Cell and was guessing it was the power supply. All they had to do was tell the insurance company they couldn't help me and another pool company that could would be contacted. If they can't help you, they will let no one else help you. And, they clearly can't help you as well as Aqua Vita can."
