"I went on Sunday. And the gray haired slim woman who works this always thinks that she must tell me how to use the washers. The big washers no longer are able to dispense softener. You have to put it where the soap goes at the beginning of rinse cycle. I feel they need to fix those washers or get new ones. They make enough money. And the large dryers had two down again. This is horrible service. Please teach the attendant customer service."
