"If you purchase tickets online, be prepared to pay more on arrival. Staff is a joke. Including management, for some reason they can not comprehend what a person is saying. Instead they just do as they want. The bottom and sides of the pools are very ridged and will give you abrasions. Food is ify at best. Definitely would not recommend going here."
"Had a wonderful time. They have a few larger slides, a lazy river and a hot tub area for adults then the rest is mainly for children. Lots of fun for the kids. We will definitely be coming back."
"I'm very disappointed in this place. My wife booked arrangements for 10 people and drove 1 hr to get there and they were told they could not enter. She then talked to management and they said that it was a black out day. She booked this trip 2 weeks prior. The management said that she must have talked to someone that was a new employee. This comes down to poor training and poor management. We will not be returning to this place my wife will be sell the tickets and we will be taking business elsewhere. Big splash you need to train your staff better so they know what days are black out and what is not and as far as the management goes they need to be retrained as well."
"I took my granddaughters and daughter here. We were very pleased. All the negative things we did not experience. Staff very friendly, food good, and park was fun! I think they have a very good set up. They seated u for breakfast which was nice. They had a big area and good selection of food! No problem with parking. We went on a thur. May be different on. the weekend. I was very pleased with facility and rates. I would definitely recommend and will go again!"
