"We could not be any happier with our pergola and the experience with GEMINI outdoors! We researched many companies for our project. We live in central NY so we were looking for a pergola that could handle snow. With the first phone call to inquire about the pergola, Jeff was patient, informative, and took a real interest in what we were hoping to accomplish. We FaceTimed with Jeff multiple times in the process or deciding on our purchase. Jeff even initiated a FaceTimed call with us on a Saturday to make sure our site preparation was adequate! We had planned on constructing the pergola ourselves, and Jeff emailed us all the information we would need to do so, and told us he’d be a phone call away if needed. In a turn of events, as the pergola was enroute my husband injured his back and we were in a panic about how to complete the project. Jeff not only calmed us down, but offered to travel 8 hours with a crew to construct the pergola, even though we had plans to be out of town! When we returned home, Jeff FaceTimed us to review everything we needed to know about the louvers, lighting and glass doors. The pergola room has been a beautiful addition to our home, and we are 100 percent confident that Jeff will provide support for any questions/issues that may arise. If you chose GEMINI outdoors you will be in good hands!"

"We had already signed a contract with another company for an operable pergola/louvered roof but the owner of Gemini Outdoors, Jeff Manger, asked us to meet with him anyway and so we did. Jeff said he could meet the price of the original contract company and install sooner (in a shorter time period) while telling us that he is "a man of his word". So, we cancelled our contract with the original company and Jeff strung us along for a bit and then called and said some "other business" came up and he actually couldn't do our work sooner as he had promised as "a man of his word". We do not believe Jeff Manger is a "man of his word" and would not work with him no matter the price he gave us. Buyer Beware."
