"Our organization's experience with RenoSys Corporation (Aquatic Renovation Systems) has been atrocious. The team overpromises, underproduces, is unresponsive, and is unprofessional. Our project primarily involves a new liner installation/replacement on an existing commercial pool. A few different solutions were offered by their team, and we trusted their expertise. So far, we have been consistently deprioritized and left with a failed pool liner. The liner failed shortly after installation. As of writing this, it's been over 6 months since Renosys was made aware of the potential issues and we do not have a resolution, next steps, or an open communication channel. Original Written Date: March 13th, 2022. EDIT: Multiple people from the Renosys team have come out. There has been a good amount of communication (much improved), but no resolution. [5/2/23] EDIT 2: Renosys just commented on this review. Please note that our team of VOLUNTEERS completed the end of the work needed for the finish of the install. Like others, we were cast aside with poor communication and timelines. [8/13/23]"

"We are a small HOA located in NJ. We had worked with Renosys on 2 liner replacement projects for our community pool in the past and contracted with Renosys to do a 3rd installation/replacement of the liner, feeling comfortable that the latest job will be completed as were the previous two. This last experience was an absolute nightmare. The Renosys team lack of professionalism, ability to communicate and deliver on promises stems from the company owner. In the end, Renosys have not completed the job as promised, have not committed to any installation dates since receiving a 25% deposit for the job in February 2022, and have refused to refund the deposit stating that they will be glad to do the job should we choose to proceed (while again not committing to a reasonable installation timeframe). I am amazed that a company which handles installations nationally is so disorganized and has such unprofessional approach to working with customers. The previous reviewer’s comments are 100% correct! “The team overpromises, underproduces, is unresponsive, and is unprofessional.” The Renosys management team operates as a typical local contractor who takes your money under false pretenses and doesn’t deliver the job. Do NOT recommend. Filing a complaint with the NJ Div. of Consumer Affairs."
