"if i could give this company 0 stars i would.. I reside in kokomo, in I WAS ACTUALLY REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY FROM SOMEONE I WORK WITH WHO HAD JUST HAD THIS COMPANY DO THE SAME JOB FOR THEM. WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THIS IS ACTUALLY A RACIAL ISSUE! I needed is a floor and a pool liner installed thats it. 1. the business is very uncompliant 2. the person (Chadlee) who runs the business is a liar 3. i was tricked into giving money down to start the process without ever recieving a contract as promise from day 1 4. the process started with a estimate in June and it is now the Middle of Aug and my pool still isnt done. 5.This company has stop answering phones calls and replying to messeges. 6. Not very reputable in my eyes as they do not have an Official storefront/building/office. ....and you can tell where this is going. so I encourage you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU PLAN ON NOT GETTING SCREWED AROUND OR IF YOU ARE OF ANY OTHER COLOR THEN WHITE. My Next move is going to Better Business Bureau and from there .... Actions will be handled accordingly on site."
