"ZERO STARS. This is specifically for the aquatics children’s swim lessons. My daughter was in the level 1 swim class. 8 kids 3 instructors, and not one of them nor the lifeguard noticed she went under. I screamed three times that she was under until finally they realized that she was and they pulled her up. Too many kids too few instructors. Thank god I had been paying attention because had I not I don’t know if the outcome would have been good."
