"I would have given 5 stars for the fantastic staff. But can you believe they give wage reductions? Absolutely ridiculous, to the tune of $3 an hour? That is not acceptable! These young people work very hard, I am so disappointed in the people in charge to do this! Shame on you taking advantage of these hard working students, who byvthe way the children live! You really need to make this right, ASAP."
"This is NOT a full ymca yet. We are here from out of town and wanted to get a quick workout in during the holidays. Childcare was listed on their website but they did not actually have it. I recommend to this facility to update their website to make sure everyone knows it’s not a fuly functional YMCA"
"Fantastic pool. Shared between Westfield highschool and YMCA. Locker room owned by highschool so y members can't use while highschool swimmers are changing."
"Excellent aquatic facility and good fitness classes in the modest Wet room. With its expansion to begin in October and be completed in 2024, it will be even more functional."
"If you're looking for a friendly, inviting environment where the staff are top notch! YMCA Westfield Natatorium is a great place to cool off or workout. There's a huge pool with a section that's only 4 feet deep that you can do water aerobics in or free swim. There's also a chair lift if needed to get in/out the pool.There's also swim lanes in the deep end to do laps. There's kids day camp during the summer months so they can swim during the day. There's also a small kids area and refreshments in the lobby. With a small exercise bike area and exercise room with instructor. 4 stars because on Several occasions the single stall lobby restroom doesn't have soap or Toilet paper and not always the cleanest."
