"I have used this cleaner in the past and clothes were neat & clean. However, my experience today was saddening. Arrived before their 7am opening time and waited till 7:10, no one arrived to open store. Went back at 8am and asked for 1hr service which is posted in large letters on their building. Was told it would be 2.5 hrs before my items would be ready. I had planned to use this cleaner because of the 1hr service. This caused a serious delay as I was trying to juggle work and a funeral."
