"Last week I took a beautiful 100% wool coat to Mascari to be dry cleaned. Boy, did they take me to the cleaners! Ruined my expensive winter coat! I had only worn it one season, so the mistakes on this cleaning belong to Mascari! Whatever they did to it caused the wool to go limp, and took the warmth'bulk out of the wool. The lovely emerald coat now hangs like a Hoosier dishrag. The buttons were black, now they are light gray! There are deep, vetical folds down the back of the coat, and impressed hanger marks on the hem! Mascari must have used harsh chemicals on this expensive coat. Mascari has ruined it. By the way, I paid cash for the cleaning, and the clerk refused to give me a receipt! THIEVES"
