"I had 9 rugs of various sizes cleaned by this company. If they use an odor eliminator, it must be a dirt scent. I rolled out a newly cleaned rug wrapped in paper and rolled it back up to reposition it and when I rolled it back up, I had grit all over my just-cleaned hardwood floor. I am very dissatisfied with their work. One of the delivery guys bring in one of the rolled-up rugs was careless and brushed my ceiling with it as bringing them in my home. They don't even deserve a one-star."
