"We had a fiberglass pool installed by Perma last summer and couldn't be happier! As first time pool owners, we knew very little about the entire process. The design team took extra care in walking us through all of the different options and were extremely helpful in making sure all of our questions were answered. We also appreciated the transparency in pricing. The install was quite a site to behold... Doug and his team (Greg, George, Rob and Charles) were amazing! They were extremely efficient, and the pool shell was in the ground and filled with water after only 2 days!! They were very welcoming of me hanging out and watching up close, and happy to answer any questions I had. In chatting with each of them, it was very cool to hear that each of them had at least 10-20 years experience installing pools. Neal did a fantastic job managing the entire project, and we were swimming in less than 6 weeks from the start date!! He was genuinely happy to answer all of my questions and offered several helpful suggestions. Perma also took care of contracting Concrete Solutions to pour the concrete. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them as well. Our pool was just a part of our backyard project, and Perma was able to recommend an outdoor design firm that they had worked with on several projects before. We were very thankful they put us in touch with them, as they worked well together, and collectively they turned our backyard into something better than we could have imagined. I'm so happy we chose Perma. Dan's company was awesome to partner with... great people and we appreciate all of their efforts. If you're thinking about getting a pool, you should absolutely give Perma a call!"
"We could not be happier with our new pool by Perma! From start to finish, the process exceeded our expectations. Neal, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. He answered all of our questions and worked seamlessly with our hardscape contractor to ensure the project stayed on track. The entire Perma team was polite and professional. If you are considering a pool, I would highly recommend Perma!"
"Living in downtown with tight access spaces into a backyard isn’t ideal for a pool, some local pool vendors may even tell you it’s impossible. However, after thorough research, planning, and interviewing three companies, we landed with Perma Pools and couldn’t be more pleased. Having three other friends who also partnered with them in the last two years also helped to see the quality first hand. But, they made the impossible possible and our new backyard speaks for itself! From the initial meeting to design, and all of the work along the way, the team was incredible. They helped us pool-newbies navigate all our options, select the right options, learn and ask, and stay within our budget. We met every single person that came to the job site. The team was respectful of the property, neighboring priorities, thorough in communication and next steps, and gave us every bit of confidence that we made the right decision with Perma. They helped make connections with an amazing landscaping team who worked incredibly well with the Perma team, scheduling, designing with and ultimately nailing the final product. Our concrete vendor was great and really nailed the decking and patio design. All connections Perma can make for you, making the process very seamless. They really turned our dull backyard in downtown Indy into an oasis we didn’t think we could have, and in 46 days — 46! Granted we had awesome weather, but it shows their team’s dedication and commitment to their customers and the work they do. Special shoutout to Dan, Neal, Trent, Brian Sanchez, Rob, Charles, Juan, Connor, Wayne, and many more were missing but were equally as awesome to work with. Thanks team — Can’t wait to enjoy our new pool this summer!"
"Typically people do reviews to vent their anger against a company when things don't go according to plan or when they feel like they have been done wrong. This isn't one of those reviews. We met with several pool builders in our area in the fall of 2022 and specifically with Dan Majestic in October. Dan was fantastic to meet with, was intimately knoedgable about Perma Pool and the build process, had answers to every question we had, was very prompt in getting our written quote back to us and even gave us his personal cell phone number if any other questions came up. I felt like that was pretty normal for a pool salesman, then Dan told us he is the owner. Kinda took me back for a minute. At first I was impressed, then I was skeptical of why the owner of the company had to be this involved in the process. I took a few days a d did a ton of research on the company, it's history and on Dan himself. I'll save you the time, it's because he wants to, not because he has to. At our initial meeting, before we put money down, Dan told us if we decided to use them we would have a dig day of 4/17/23 and promised we would be swimming in a warm pool for our annual Memorial Day Weekend party. Fast forward through a lot of menial conversation and down payment to 3/22 when I get an email with things we need to finalize before our start date/dig day of 4/10. That's right, we started a week early! This is when I started dealing with Neal Weliver, my project manager. This guy is on it! I can't imagine having as many irons in the fire as Neal does and never getting burnt, maybe he does but never on our project. He was always available, always answered my calls and had a swers for me the same day if he didn't know when we talked. Dig day! Doug was our team leader with his team being George, Greg and truck drivers Rob and Charles. I had to apologize to them. It was entertaining to watch these guys work so on the days I was home I popped out a chair and sat back to watch. I hate when people just sit and watch and I felt guilty doing it so I always made sure I had a cooler with cold drinks in it and even grilled lunch for a couple of the crews. These guys not only dug the hole but they set the pool, plumbed it, backfield, set the equipment, filled it with water and gave me a really good grade for me to work with later. Next up was Frank and his team to pour the concrete around the pool. I had a significant amount of concrete already done for a patio before they got there and the pool and concrete work done by Perma was perfectly square a d placed exactly where it needed to be for grade and fall. Their concrete work around the pool is pheonominal! The arches on each end proved to be a little challenging but a little overhead drone work by me and some adjustments by them resulted in perfectly placed symmetrical arcs. During the process of figuring out the new concrete around the pool I told them about needing to have some existing concrete ripped out and repaired due to some previous mistakes resulting in some cracks and flaking. Dan hooked me up with Stan Baber to do the coating on the concrete. Stan fixed the cracks then coated all of the concrete ensuring the new concrete would perfectly match the existing concrete and even stenciled the "block" around the border of the pool giving it a more custom look. This part just tied it all together making it all look amazing! We went with the auto cover for convenience and safety. It was worth every penny we paid for it. Juan and Conner did a great job installing it making sure we have flawless operation for years to come. All of this work and great craftsmanship couldn't happen without great behind the scenes help, and Virgil made sure that part was covered. Never a gap, never waiting on parts, never waiting for the next step, it was run like a well oiled machine. We have built a few homes, barns and several other construction projects and THIS pool project was the easiest, least stressful project that we have ever had. Thank you Perma team!"
"My pool was recently completed by Perma Pools and I couldn't be happier. The entire team from start to finish was very professional and hard working. One of the best compliments I could give is that their communication with me about the process was top notch! I would highly recommend Perma Pools!"
