"We have had trouble with ground hornets and Arrow is very good with the service spraying the existing colonies. I don't mind co-existing with bees and the other pollinators, I don't like having hornets that will attack you, unprovoked, and they do. Thank you Arrow for your wonderful service."

"They claim to guarantee for a year but if bugs or rodents come back and you call them they will only treat where you saw an insect not the general area to prevent further bugs. They said they treated the outbuildings for rodents (almost $500 a year charge) but they couldn’t even find the traps they were supposed to have put down. Said they treated the basement (it’s only a crawl space)(and they weren’t in there). Worse $1,000 I spent, find another company. 1 star is 1 to many"

"Arrow came several times to service my house and did not get rid of the problem. My house was at a point that with as many treatments they did the problem should have been gone with initial visits . They came many times but what ever they were doing was not doing the job. I will have to contact someone else to finish the job."
