The whole process: making an appointment, receiving appointment reminders via email and then later via text, then the actual pumping service, then recommendations for future service needs, were all professional, and showed their experience and knowledge. "If I could give 0 stars I would! We contacted this company due to having issues with our septic. He did NOT seem very knowledgeable about what was going on with our septic and actually advised us to just put more dirt over a septic line that was flooding . He determined that our septic tank was full and needed to be drained. Unfortunately I was working from home and with a patient and my husband ran an errand. Once my husband returned Aaron reported that the system was drained, this took a very short time but as new home owners nothing seem abnormal. We ended up getting a second opinion from another septic company and they determine that we had a blockage in the line due to a tree root. The repairs were made 30 days after Aaron supposedly drained our tank. WELL one year later, my toilet is backing up with water and won’t flush. We called a plumber and according to their determination the septic tank is full and that is why the water will not go down. The plumber stated “ Whoever drained your septic tank last year did not fully drain it”. So we called Aaron and he gave us some phony calculations and refused to right his wrong. The ironic part is before we told the plumbing company who drained our tank he recommended speedy septic, my husband then said that is who drained our tank and the plumber’s reply was “ I don’t know why he would do that!” Now I have to spend $400 one year later to have my septic tank drained again. All I can say is Wow and beware!!!"

"I am a single mother who purchased a home in Oxford, OH. The house had been neglected and had not been lived in for 2 years. I purchased the home to fix it up. Before I could buy the home, it needed a new septic system. It had not been updated for years. The owners had to put in a new system and Butler county had to inspect and approve the system before I could get a loan for the property, After 4 and a half years I noticed something was wrong with the system and my property was just flooded with water. I could not get the (well known and local company) that installed the system to come out and fix it! They blamed it on everyone and everything except themselves. They told me to call the Health Department; so I did. I called everyone and anyone who would listen to me. Several people came out and looked at it and could not give me much information on what was wrong. A report was written about my property, a soil expert was called in, the water department, the department of soil and water and of course Butler County Board of Health. I could not get any answers. No one would help me. I am a hard working single mom with a daughter who was getting ready to leave for college. I planned on selling my home so my daughter could go to college. I could not sell my house because I had a 4 and a half year old septic system that had failed and no one seemed to care or wanted to tell me what was wrong with it! After many months of getting the run around with no results; my realtor told me about this company out of Indiana who he had heard about. Aaron came out and listened to me and looked at everything and took water samples. He was curious about what was going on with my property and soon ran into the same problems I did with all of political run around. No one cared about this little house on an acre in the middle of Oxford. I was not important. Aaron knew there was something very wrong; a few things were wrong. Four year old septic systems should not fail and he was determined to find out what went wrong. He was determined to help me! Aaron went above and beyond to get what he needed to help me with this problem; it may not have been much to most people but that house and property was all my daughter and I had in the world and we spent 5 years working on that home. If it were not for Aaron and Dustin helping my family and me; I am sure I would have lost that property to foreclosure. My house could have been condemned. Speedy Septic was very patient and honest with me. They ran into many problems, mistakes from the past installation were found, issues with permits, every time we turned around there was something wrong or we were being given the run around. They had to fix so many issue; and they did. If you want honest and hard working men to work on or install your septic system I would highly recommend Speedy Septic. It is nice, in this day and age to meet honest and hard working men; who do what they say they are going to do and stand behind their work.
