"I contacted Bokay (Frankfort, IL) about 7 weeks prior to event. They called me back & we discussed event. They responded w/ a text confirming vases. I heard nothing back from them so I called them 1 week later, the next day, and finally a few days later asking for a quote. She answered phone & said she was busy but would send me a quote via email asap. No emails, no calls. I figured they dropped me. I ordered my own flowers from Costco. They called me the day before the event to see if "I had a minute to discuss the event". Seriously?! I replied that I assumed they dropped me and I have alternative plans. The caller persisted a bit before I cut conversation short, politely. I sent a screenshot of the phone call record. I would be very concerned about the professionalism of this store if you are considering them."

"My fiance and I have been trying to reach out to Bokay to use them for our wedding. For many weeks we have called and left voicemails only to be ignored until one day they answered the phone. Claimed that they were too busy to do a consult at the moment but we would receive a call following the big event they had last minute to schedule a consult. Well, it's been a week since the event was over and still nothing yet were told we would have received a call from the person in charge of wedding consultations. We have been very patient and wanted to use Bokay because that name has a special meaning for us but I cannot recommend them. From our experience you will never receive a phone call back and if you are lucky enough to talk to a person, she will just feed you a line of bull and excuses why they haven't tried reaching out to you."

I have been to so many local events and dinner parties and I have always been impressed with the unique character of greenery plant placement and even adding visuals like sticks to their pieces. Don't just order and arrangement choose a boKAY!"
