"I placed an order of 75 roses on January 8th for pick up on February 20th at 1pm. The whole time I was there the woman was telling me it’s going to be expensive and questioning if I could afford to do it. I was looking for a specific bouquet style and the woman kept telling me it’s not a thing. Even though after one google search you can find a Ramo Buchon. I still went through and placed the order. Big mistake! I should’ve realized from how rude they were that day that this is not a good store. I paid for half of my order the day it was placed and the other half on pick up. I was early and went in today when they opened hoping my order was complete. Only to find out that order hasn’t even been started. The roses weren’t even at the store. I preordered to avoid the Valentine’s Day rush for roses. The older woman was much nicer than the younger one. I had my brother pick up the bouquet and he told me that they told him that I placed the order a day before Valentine’s Day even though I have a receipt from them that says other wise. Weird thing to lie about. For the size of my order you would think that they would have had this taken care of. When they called me to tell me it was ready the woman on the phone made sure to mention that I owe her money.l for the order in a rude manor. The bouquet was beautiful but the customer service was absolutely atrocious. I would look else where for for flowers!"

"I received a Dozen long stem Red Roses with Baby’s Breath from my neighbors, after having surgery. My bouquet was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!! The Roses held up for over a week, blooming in that time period. The bouquet was VERY LARGE !! BEAUTIFUL !!!"

"Patty was a wonder to work with for our wedding. She really has an eye for flowers and helping an uncertain bride with direction. She was patient and friendly. Her and her staff did a wonderful job start to finish on our wedding day flowers."

I Was Greeted Immediately with a Friendly Smile. The 2 Lovely Ladies had No Problem with My Order. "Ordered a fall arrangement for next day delivery. Although they were very busy with homecoming flowers, they took the time to call and let me know when the delivery van was on the way. My relative lives in a facility that doesn’t always have staff on duty at the front on weekends. This thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. Not to mention, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful."
