"If I can give this pawn shop a 0, I would. First, Business Hours show 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, I arrived at 9am on Tuesday and doors were not open, so I waited... owners or employees showed up around 9:40am with NO apologies. Another woman waiting mentioned she came last night before closing time, but they closed early so she had to come back again in the morning. (waste of time). I went there because I've had an item stolen, I wanted to see the item but was not allowed to due to privacy reasons. (I've dealt with other pawn shops who were able to give me info over the phone so this was surprising.) I also had a picture of the pawn ticket with me, still a no. They needed a physical copy. They said I needed to call the police to disclose private information. Ok, I called the police and they showed up, still was not able to show me what I was looking for but handed over a detective number on a piece of paper. WHAT WAS THE POINT of me calling the police then? I wasted my whole morning here because of unprofessionalism. Last, the person who pawned the item later came to me and returned item, but said how the owners were trash-talking me. Again, unprofessional. Where is your Customer Centric?"
