They barely have anything, barely take anything, ask the jeweler to assess my jewelry, she walked away quickly and rudely stating she won't take it but I only asked her to assess it! I haven't been there in years when they took a pandora bracelet but not a gold necklace!! That jeweler is incompetent!"

"Horrible customer service, unfair pricing when selling or purchasing. Would not recommend to anyone. Also the female manager is very Rude and I feel uncomfortable going in to do business."

"This store and it's employees are awesome. I didn't have to wait a long time to get waited on - maybe because of the time of day but, the customer service was spectacular. Everyone was so friendly and even the customers who where there before me and those who came after me seemed to feel right at home. I had the pleasure of having Ed, the manager, wait on me and instantly we connected. I could tell by his demeanor and his professionalism that I was going to like him right off the back - and I wasn't disappointed when I left. He's everything and beyond what a customer service (especially Manager) is suppose to be. His communication skills are an asset to the business; in so many ways he introduced me to his team and had very high regards toward them - which is a very good quality overall for any individual; he sensed that I was in a bind when I came into the store and he was able to make me feel at ease and he was very encouraging the whole time he waited on me - he kept me uplifted and hopeful; he was very attentive and a good listener. I was really impressed with my whole experience especially the employees at this store. I been to several Cash America's in my time, but now I wouldn't go to any other one except this one.
