"Professional people who opportate this business. The receptionist isn’t very knowledgeable or maybe just doesn’t communicate much with the guys handling the pest control jobs. The guy who came out to my house was very nice and knowledgeable. I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars because $125 seemed steep for a 20 (if that) minute visit. All he did was throw some mouse poison in the necessary areas. I probably could have done that myself for less than half the price. It was my first time calling pest control for something like that so lesson learned."
