"Made an appointment for my dog when I called to make the appointment I told him that it was a puppy and that we were picking him up last week and wanted to get a bath and nail trim and a cut. I told them that he was seven weeks old. They scheduled an appointment with me. today when I went to take him in, they said he was too young and that I would have to schedule later when he’s older. Why did they schedule the appointment? If that’s the case they knew how old he was from the beginning."
