"I'm in a custody battle and the doctor and staff would not and let me go back with my 6 year old daughter, directly violating the court order as well as my parental rights. they lied about her being called back already. The staff made claims they didn't work for that clinic, but were somehow able to still message that doctor. they made claims that the doctor would see the message. he did not see my message. the appointment was over by the time that he did see the message. they let another person go back without an escort to go see their son and they wouldn't let me go back even though I had My court order as well as my license. they were extremely unprofessional. The place is dirty and cramped. The staff were extremely rude and lied to me. they kicked me off the property for just calling the police on the other party because I had to report the court order violation. I was not rude to them. I did not yell at them. I didn't get trespassed. I didn't get a misorderly conduct charge. It was their own personal prejudice against me."
"Doctors are great but they are residents, so be prepared to switch doctors every few months"
"Definitely had a hiccup with scheduling but after FINALLY getting into an appointment after two months I’d say it was a very pleasurable experience. Love my new doctor and the process of becoming a new patient was easy. They boom solid so don’t expect to get in for a month or so but other than that awesome experience."
"Best employees...best doctors. Helping and inspiring me every time"
"Dr. Mehta was my doctor. At first she seemed really great and seemed to really care but my medicine causes me to sleep late. The first conflict was her sadistic demand for morning appointments. We asked for another doctor but they refused for no good reason! The effects of my medicine plus being roused earlier than usual caused appointment days to be a living hell for my wife. I have seizures and I can't drive. My wife has to do all that. So on appointment days with dr. Mehta, my wife always pulled out of our driveway in tears because I was so angry about being woke up. I have intermittent explosive disorder so I am getting better but mornings are still a no go for me. I get to the doctor's office and I see dr. Mehta in a bad mood. Who am I thinking I am mad at? My wife. Sometimes I would talk about my ex wife but dr. Mehta thought I was talking about my current wife. Part of the reason I was being seen is because my marriage is hanging by a thread and in the past year, my wife almost divorced me because my mood swings from my brain damage is getting worse. Dr. Mehta would constantly tell me that my wife is crazy and should be the one being seen. She had no empathy that my wife has the weight of the world on her shoulders nor did she consider that my wife is a feisty person. Dr. Mehta constantly told me to leave my wife. I did miss several appointments but it was due to my medicine, having seizures, and one time, our car broke down. Another time my wife had a migraine. My mental health started improving with meds but one day dr. Mehta made me stop my meds. The next time I saw her, I had been without meds for four weeks. I was in a bad mood and I told her that my wife takes care of everything for me but dr. Mehta told me to leave my wife again. I don't understand why she hates my wife so much. I did what she said and I left my wife. Not only was I miserable the weeks that I was gone because I missed my wife and kids but I also missed another appointment because I was away from my caregiver. I got kicked from the patient list there today. The they will set you up for failure, make it all your (or your spouse's) fault and then punish you for it. Now my wife is mad at me because we have to start all over and I might run out of meds before any new psychiatrist sees me again. You know because psychiatrists enjoy being jerks and setting appointments three months away, expect you to remember it, and they don't care if you run out of meds before then!"
