"I was on one cruise with them and it was very nice. The next one was very bad (RSA2)! Due to on-board service. Many people who were on this cruise, like me, had previously been with Aggressor. Even though we all had a nice experience earlier when we wrote to Aggressor that the last cruise was a misunderstanding and lowered the standard they strive for, they treated us like cheaters and liars. This is very sad, there are many companies in the world that will boldly replace the company that stopped listening to the customer."

"**Avoid This Company at all costs!** We were excited for our first liveaboard experience on the island of Turks and Caicos mid December. It was a nightmare straight from the beginning. We showed up on time ready to set out, however the most important person was late for work.. The Captain didn't even show up until day 2 of our cruise. So that set us back a day on our dives, it got even worse. "bad weather" grounded us back in port after only 3 dives. Except is it really bad weather when literally every other dive operation on the island is still diving? There is another liveaboard company on the island that offered their passengers 23 dives during this same week we were offered 3.. Sus? Ya we thought so too. So, either Aggressor II is the worst boat to go diving on the island with in anything but the most ideal weather. Or their captain made a bad call. Either one is not good. Our room service ceased as soon as we got back to the port. After a few days our trash was overflowing, our bed hadn't been made. When we brought the issues up with the company and asked for reimbursement their response was "too bad you should of had insurance". There was no acknowledgement of the Captain being late for work, no acknowledgement of their mistakes at all. I Will never do another Aggressor liveaboard. If researching liveaboards stay away from Aggressor no matter what. If going to Turks and Caicos check out Explorer, they were the other liveaboard."

"annoying. I went along once and since then I've always received unwanted advertising from them. On the tour the boat was quite nice, the crew was average and the food wasn't great"
