"This is a church with a lot of history and a fascinating churchyard with other figures of interest aside from Poe so it's worth walking around. If you are visiting the church/churchyard specifically, I would recommend calling ahead as both of them aren't always open (the gate to the just the churchyard is usually open but I have swung by and it's been chained shut)."

"It’s open on Sundays and times are posted online. So much history to see and beautiful grounds. The main gate is opened to the public with the exceptions of the side gates. The church itself was closed by the time I got there but I was able to walk the grounds."

"Visited to see the famed burial site of beloved poet, Edgar Allan Poe but unfortunately it was closed. Every cemetery gate was chained and padlocked. so I was only able to snap pictures through the fence. I was excited to learn that General McHenry, and Poe's grandfather were also buried here but wasn't able to gain entrance to see their grave stones or read the plaques placed throughout the cemetery."
