"Its unfortunate that Google does not allow for rebuttal to reviews. Mr. David Sweatt is a computer repairman, not a client. He had one job: fix the computer. After he replaced the mother board, he refused to turn on the computer to prove he fixed it. He was going to leave, so I turned on the computer and guess what? He did not fix it and said "its not my job to prove it was fixed". He had one job. Yes, I am the lunatic for asking him to do what he is getting paid for.. then I had to ask him to leave the office after he refused to do his one job "fix the computer"."
"If I could give less stars I would. The staff is kind and professional but the individual "Joe" is a lunatic. He is short fused. He does not let you speak. He thinks he knows everything. As a trained and educated professional in my field, I was told I was wrong even though I followed procedure and even helped past my duties to try and help solve the problem. Terrible attitude, I would hate to see how he treats his family or other clients."
