"Mr. Jaime was very rude over the phone and he assured me that ENNVOY TAX & ACCT CORP did NOT do my 2019 taxes. Later to find out by IRS my taxes were done by ENNVOY TAX & ACCT CORP. As much as I wanted to explain to him that I was sure that my taxes were done there 2018 & 2019 he continue being rude to me, not letting me speak. His customers are supposed to count on his service or help, when seeking copies of their taxes. I never expected to received a rude call from him. He should be more generous and helping out his customers, not only during tax season. My suggestion to him is to work on your communication skills. Yecenia Calzada"
