"After taking my car there for accident repair my trunk lid doesn’t open right. Panel alignment is off. But worst of all my rim was cracked. They didn’t catch it, even after I told them there was a problem. They said they balanced it. IT WAS CRACKED! Now I have to fight with my insurance company to try to get a new rim. Never buy another or take my car there again. Disappointed."

"Gurley Leep came in at $600 over a quote I got from another service center. When I received the quote around noon, I immediately responded back to decline all service work because they were much more expensive than my other quote. My truck was supposed to be ready to be picked up by 5:00 that night since no work was to be done. When I came in at 5:00 to get my truck, my truck was sitting on the lift torn apart yet and the mechanic had gone home for the night.... very convenient. When I asked to talk to a manager they had already gone home for the night as well. The next day when I called, I left multiple voicemail's and the manager finally got back to me mid-afternoon. The whole situation was very unprofessional and I didn't even get a "Im sorry for the inconvenience, Sir." The icing on the cake was that I still was charged $112.00 just for them to look at my truck and give me the ridiculous quote. I will never recommend this place for their service and I hope they change the way they treat customers in the future."
