"We were on a trip and had a stay over in South Bend, the rear tire on our car had been making a noise that was getting louder every day. As we were leaving town early on a Friday I noticed Payless had just opened so I stopped in hoping they could look at it. They were super friendly and immediately offered to help us, the service they provided which was replacing the ball bearing hub was great. Within 2 hours they had the part and completed the work so we could make it to our scheduled time at the rock and roll hall of fame in Cleveland.
