"Told me my mother in laws car had water & engine damage, said the vehicle needed a new engine because the rods were bent from trying to start after water damage......The car only needed a new battery cable when a different shop looked at it. The car now runs with no issues. Jeremy is a crook & anyone breathing should run the opposite direction of this God awful heap of a repair shop. Melanie is super nice, but Jeremy & his mechanics shouldn't even be putting oil on bicycle chains!! They're awful."
"I bought my 2011 Nissan versa Hatchback there, when it was Froggy's, they quoted me $1200 for parts and labor, which was the best price, in all of South Bend, I left car, with $500 down, before work was even started, I had it towed there, I came back a couple days later, with the remaining $700, they had told me, they would get to it, asap, Wednesday afternoon I received call, they told me, my vehicle was ready, to come pick it up, the people there are awesome, I remember when they were, on lincolnway, under a different name, wiring to my lights on my Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, causing lights not to function properly, taillights, guy laid on the ground, replaced some wires, bingo lights worked, he said only owed him $10 I gave him $25, my buddy had said Jeremy was 1:of their best nechanics, worked on my buddy's Patrot Jeep, these mechanics, have been talked about a lot, word of mouth, so therefore, I'll be taking all future business to JT Auto, I'll see you guys very soon. Keep up the good work."

"I stand by what I said. Run far away. There's better places to go to. No communication, bi polar, & Unprofessional. This "business" is an absolute waste of time. And of course they didn't charge me first I have a warranty second because my car only sat there 8 hours doing nothing in the parking lot. What are you gonna charge for? Holding my keys? I understand when your busy but When I call to check and they decided to have an attitude & act like I put them out? Like I did something. I was polite and noone can say otherwise. You have my car, yes if I haven't heard anything in 8 hours imma check. I have work to go to just like anyone else. I was not made aware that there was so many ahead nor given an option to take it in a different day where I would be handled sooner. Then right after the call all of a sudden it was done and they couldn't help less than 20 minutes later. Come on. And of course they couldn't get a code when I said several times no light is on Complete joke. It ain't about I don't understand automotive industry it's that your "company" lacks communication. I said what I said. Update Yes I deleted previous review so I could directly respond to your comment. I said everything I said In my previous review. Nothing is hidden. As stated clearly above your business was a disappointment and tired or hot idc you don't cut people off when talking and act like they did something to offend you by checking in on their car. I should have been given a warning that you may have it almost until closing and still not even touched. Ok fine you don't know how long a car will be but I wasn't given an option for a different day to be first or asked hey can we keep it all day. Like my mechanic asks me because I have a life just like you have a business. I have work. It's not easy rearranging everything last moment on my end either because you want it right this second. You said you looked 20 minutes now it's 40. You drove it around the block nothing came up you scanned it and said I'm done here. I had the car two days and it started acting up so yes I'm within warranty. And I stated it only happened once What should have happened is tell me that's not enough information or you don't have time to fully inspect it. Or you want to wait for the light to come on. Like my mechanic did, he asked more questions and looked, found the issue and done. Now no issues. Your previous response of acting like I'm just this confrontational ungrateful customer is ridiculous. My character isn't the problem here. I treat people with respect. Prove otherwise. You can't. Just because someone says have a nice day doesn't mean they were polite. If that's the case then I can say anything or talk anyway and end it with have a nice day and noone should be upset. I never had an issue with this establishment until my time got wasted and treated like I did something. Communication is my issue with your company."
"Would recommend to ANYONE This place is awesome! They refused to allow me to drive my truck unsafely so they went above and beyond to get me back on the road and still be able to pay my rent! Thank you JT's!! You rock AWESOMENESS!!"
