We leveraged Marty and team to conduct our due diligence on some potential foundation issues that came from our inspection report on a home we were going to purchase back in February. Marty and team were very responsive and communicative when my husband and I got there report and followed up with questions prior to our due diligence period closing. When we saw a few things that were concerning post closing, the team came back and upon our request and did another follow-up with the asks we had with no push back / issues. "I reached out them about a year ago to look at my basement. I needed help with an old existing waterproof system a different company had installed and also to have someone look at the foundation. Marty informed us that our old waterproof system was an open system and that we might have radon coming through it. Sure enough he was correct! We hired a radon specialist and he was able to install a mitigation system. Marty also inspected our walls and advised that our foundation is fine and we did not need anything done at this time. Other companies tried to sell us $10k+ worth of work. I appreciate his honesty and not just trying to sell us something that we didn't need."
