"We had A-1 put a new well in at our home in 2009. I called last week as our well was leaking horribly (ground completely saturated several feet surrounding the well) and we needed it fixed. I talked to Larry on Thursday and told him our situation and he said they could come the next day, Friday, and that he would call in the morning. To date, I still have NOT received a call. Because we had a major leak (and after reading reviews that A-1 doesn't show up) I called another local well repair company and they showed up by noon. What is extremely troubling is upon digging down to the pitless adaptor, the leak was discovered along with the fact that the hydrant installed in 2009 by A-1 was a used piece of equipment and NOT new! That is what rusted and eroded 3 foot underground and sprung a leak. Who knows how long we have been leaking water!! Nevermind the fact that A-1 never showed up OR called when they said they would, (still haven't), but finding out we were given used equipment when we paid dearly for new is unconscionable. We will NEVER use their service again and I highly suggest anyone in need of well repair (or any well work done) never use them either. I'm disgusted!"

"They installed the water pump and softener over a year ago. They have been to our place several times and it still doesn’t work. They make arrangements to come and never show up. Then they will call and not show up again! The Dont reply to messages. Have no idea how they stay in business."
