"I went to drop off my wives old sewing machine ( that she loves ) for a tune up and anything they thought the that it needed for a surprise Mother's Day Gift for my wife. When I entered the their shop a gentleman entered just in front of me with a sewing machine repair. As I waited I set my wives machine on one of their sewing machine tables. The owner in a VERY RUDE VOICE SAID " Could you please remove that from from that New Sewing Machine " I said I was sorry ! Then 15 seconds later she talked over the customer in front of her and said " are you here to repair that machine " I said yes to which she said in another very condescending tone he doesn't work on residential machines any more sorry. To which I said ok. I work in a High End Customer Service Industry and was really taken back by the way I was treated here, and will not recommend them to any of my friends or relatives!!!!"

"When I dropped off machine, I had to ring a bell by the register. Gave my info, my machine and lady was very courteous. When I picked up, had to ring bell again, and same thing. Lady came out, found my machine, we chatted and off I went with my over 20yo repaired machine. The office is located at the very end, west. Thank you!"
