"CPR helped when I had an issue with my PS5, it seemed to just all of a sudden stop reading disks and I couldn’t for the life of me understand why. I rarely got the chance to use it so it couldn’t have been from wear and tear so I was confused. Walked in and plopped the readily packaged PS5 off at his counter (was about to ship it back to Sony for repair) and explained what was going on. He was 100% honest with me about what the repair might require. He informed me that Sony wasn’t manufacturing new Disk Drives and that it may not even be repairable without finding another Disk Drive. Well, luck has it… he found the issue and was able to repair it within a few days. I was impressed mostly with his upfront honesty, he could have just taken the diagnostic fee from me without telling me the facts first and he didn’t. I respect Honesty more than anything and because of the honesty I will return for any other repair needs I have. Thanks CPR your life savers!"
