"I'm not sure who these folks think they are, but I can tell you what I experienced: I called and needed help at a rental. They didn't confuse the rental address with my business address (I know that sounds silly but trust me, it happens a LOT). They gave me a day and TIME that they would be available (it wasn't weeks away and, like I said, it was a TIME, not a 2 or 4 hour window). They called when they headed to the location. When they got there they were so stinking kind to the tenant (huge plus for me), fixed the issue, did not try to upsell me on anything and talked to me w/o making me feel like a bafoon bcz HVAC stuff is not my knowledge base. 10outta10 I'm recommending them to everyone I know , period. No need to look further. So, if you are looking for nice, knowledgeable people who are capable of fixing your HVAC without selling you a bunch of extras and fix matters for a reasonable price... that's who these folks are, call them."

"Had them out to clean the air ducts to get construction dust out before move-in on a newly renovated home we bought. Was very easy to book an appointment on their website after hours and got confirmed and on the schedule first thing the next day. Ben R and his helper (whose name I forgot) were on time and did an awesome job. I also appreciate anyone who deploys an obscure Tommy Boy reference in a conversation (which Ben did). I would recommend Homesense to anyone."

"Homesense was the company that was contracted by my builder when we built our new house. The entire project was riddled with issues. The duct lines were haphazardly run throughout the basement, the placed the furnace in a location that makes it impossible to fully open the door to the utility room despite the fact that the utility room is the size of 2 bedrooms. We discovered tears in the duct work. We pointed this out and the yet the repairs were never made. The AC unit that they installed was defective and sounded like the blades were hitting the encasement. It took 3 visits before they were able to address the issue though it was never fully resolved. The thermostats installed were basic at best and does not compliment a house at this price point. The location of the thermostat were poorly located making it impossible to open the case to replace the batteries. I had an opportunity to speak to the owner during the project and he was helpful in answering my questions about how they decide what size of HVAC unit was needed in the house. Other than that I do not have anything positive to say about this company. I would not recommend them to anyone."
