"These people are great. My daughter uses her computer mainly for video games. The computer she uses is only two years old. About three months ago the games would not start for some odd reason. I figured that she had so many game packs loaded that it caused the computer to crash. I asked for a larger memory card to be installed. On the way of installing the drive they discovered that HP had sent a formatting update that caused another part to be maxed out. I did see a note come up on the computer but I thought it was the main memory at fault. They called HP and asked them why they put out an update so big the other component would be maxed out. They ordered the othercomponent and reste the system. They got us all fixed up. Thank you so much guys."

"Very happy with Phone Todd! My daughter broke our iPad screen, and Best Buy told me they couldn’t replace the screen… that they would have to do a total replacement for $250. At that point, they said, I should just buy a new one. Less than $100 for a replacement screen at Phone Todd! Done quickly and with a friendly customer service experience! ♥️"

"I got my sons phone fixed oct 15 and today his screen popped out, I called and they said as long as there are no scratches on the screen it would be under warranty. I come in and they took the phone to the back for about 5 minutes and then come back to the front and tell me his frame is “bent” and it caused it to pop out! The screen is in perfect condition! If his frame is was bent how is his screen just perfect?? Since the screen is pooped out did he take it to the back and bend it? Seems like that’s how it could be successfully bent without the screen cracked! So now they are saying it’s not under warranty, even though there isn’t even a tiny scratch! Will never recommend this place or come back! And the only reason they have so many descent reviews is because they offer a $10 discount for a good review, they aren’t even genuine reviews!! They only reason I gave them a 1 star was because I had to give them at least that to write my review!! They got me once but not twice! Go somewhere else!"

"Went in to have my Charge port fixed today after I picked up left my microphone on speaker did not work I brought it back and they told me it had nothing to do with their repair. I left there and went to Phone smart repair where they tested the phone and told me I needed a new charge port. Go figure. This place had no idea I just had my port replaced. So how is it not their fault? I will not do business with them again & don’t recommend it for others. Went ahead and paid for phone smart repair to replace my port again…. and it works perfectly. Also the customer service I received here was extremely better than Phone Todd."
