"Had two heat and air units installed, plus ductwork with two years maintenance included in bid. Once work completed and paid; however, Ben has not been available to fix problems. I understand prioritizing people with no AC when the temperature is high, but failing to return to do repairs for three weeks, failing to return my calls to schedule a time for repairs....unacceptable. Malfunctioning thermostat under warranty... A condensation pump failed and was dumping water into the garage... “One time in winter there was a small piece of construction junk in there and it quit. Kick it and it should start. When I get back out there I will put on a new one for you ” response from Ben May 30,2018 to text about the pump flooding garage. He still didn’t come as of June 14. Obviously they’re too busy to take care of existing customers. Very disappointed."

"Customer beware - proceed with caution! the parts and repairs by Ben failed in approximately a week or so. Contacted them Multiple times, no effort was made to resolve the issue. I was also advised no record of service, After having paid "LOST" several hundred dollars to Ben (the majority in cash- partial by check). I contacted a highly rated company which had to repair the same issue and replace missing and incorrect parts. I do not and would not recommend this company."
