"Both our washer and dryer went out, they came to fix it and got them both where they would turn on. Washer worked fine after but my dryer wouldn’t dry anything. So my husband called and made another appointment to have them look at our dryer. No call no show on that day, so we call again made another appointment set time aside to be there again . No call no show. So we called again and asked why no one is showing up to these appointment to look at our dryer. There excuse was that they are over booked. Okay well don’t make the appointment if your over booked. That’s not our fault that you made an appointment you could not keep. Need I remind you that our washer and dryer are not even a year old and is still under manufacturing warranty. So here we are two months later and still do not have a working dryer. My husband has decided to just take it to a repair shop and never buy for ge again."
