They allowed me to describe, over the phone, the problem I was having with my mower, and then very patiently provided me with detailed troubleshooting steps along with step by step instructions on how to fix the problem. I live about 100 miles north of Salem Rental and actually purchased this same mower from them about 18yrs ago. With delivery included, the price for which they sold me the mower was at a minimum $500 less than any dealer around here. In the end, I would more than highly recommend them for both purchasing new equipment and servicing existing equipment when needed. On a scale of 1 to 10 for both categories, with 1 being horrible and 10 being as good as it gets....I would give them an 11 on both Thanks Mark and Jared...your level of customer service is something that is unheard of these days and is appreciated more than you will ever know...Thanks again!"

"Don't rent the 10" Auger. I rented the Auger for a project and my husband and father who were building a porch were not able to use it due to the fact the throttle was stuck and they both agreed it wasn't safe to use. I explained this when I returned it and the guy just acted like I was dumb and then never said another word. Pretty lousy customer service if you ask me."
