"Came in on a Saturday over an hour before they were set to close just to pick up my contacts and the front door was locked, lights off, and no sign or anything letting customers know they had to close early. Extremely inconvenient. Saturday availability was the main reason we chose to come here."

"This place is really really, I mean, really really BAD. The worse experience ever of all service interactions in 63 years and 4 countries where I have resided. Never before have I been treated in such way anywhere. I am referring to the staff excluding the doctors. They were extremely disrespectful and rude in every way. Stay away if you can !"

"Got my glasses fixed 3 times before I asked for a refund. First time I went in I asked for help trying to pick out my glasses, the man seemed very annoyed and impatient with me who’s blind at this point due to my eyes being dilated. I pick up my glasses and I tell them something is off, they try to tell me that I have to adjust, after wearing them for a little bit my eye starts feeling weird and giving me really bad headaches. I go in to get them fixed and they proceed to tell me my PD was off after that I tried them out again and they were still wrong. So they tell me my next step was to redo the eye exam. Which they schedule me out two weeks for, so we’re at about 3 months of trying to get these fixed. The prescription was off by .50 and the PD is another .20 away from where we started. Prescription is still wrong and messing up my eyes even more than when we started. Doctor tries to tell me I miraculously acquired an astigmatism at 23 that I’ve had since I was 14 and that I had dry eyes. When I call on a Friday, I’m told that my doctor, who they want me to stick with for some reason even tho he has no idea what he’s doing, is on vacation until Wednesday, when I call back 3 days later, the Monday he is still supposed to be on “vacation” I’m told we cant squeeze me in because we have to ask the doctor who is “currently with a patient” they again try to schedule me out 2 more weeks, I’m in dire need at this point and can barley sleep because my eyes hurt so bad. After begging to be squeezed in I decided that this place was not a good fit and I needed a refund. Manager was really nice in giving me my refund and a girl named Makenna helped me tons. Would not go back since the doctors have been changed and have no idea what they’re doing based off other reviews."

"After arriving to appointment at 5:20pm, the receptionist was eager to let me know that she had called 3 times earlier in the day to let me know the doctor left work early and they would need to reschedule. Mind you, this would have made the 3rd time we were rescheduled, and the caller never left a voicemail. I have had continued problems with this location and their customer service has grown horrible. When telling the receptionist that I would be taking my business elsewhere she just smugly smiled and said "ok" multiple times. Do not recommend!"
