"Please do not purchase from this place as they do not honor the warranty. I purchased a refrigerator form them a few weeks ago, they offered to deliver for $75 but I chose to take it myself as I had a uhaul that day! They strapped it to the truck, smooth ride home. The next day I find out the freezer doesn't work. I call them and they tell me someone would call me to schedule to come out. Never received a call. I call again a week later, now they are saying I have to bring the fridge in to have it looked at or pay $50 for someone to come out, since I didn't have it delivered! That was not disclosed to me and makes absolutely no sense! Never again!"

"In store was a great experience. I can't exactly remember what the price was for delivery, but I'm almost sure I was told that to haul my old fridge away was $125. I kept my old fridge and was still charged $125. I gave the guy $140 and watched him fiddle waiting for me to ask for my change until I just said I appreciate you guys and went about my business. It mattered, but it wasn't really that big of a deal.. It's not a deal breaker with the store, and will recommend to friends and family but will tell them to prepare to bring it home themselves."

"Purchased a side by side from them on August 6, 2022 and I have had nothing but trouble with it and the store staff. The owner is very unprofessional and the delivery team and technicians leave a lot to be desired. When they delivered the fridge and connected the water line water immediately started running all over the floor. They disconnected it and said we would need to call the store for a missing part. I called the next day but it was Sunday so they couldn’t send anyone. Fine, understand that. A technician sent by the store came out on 8/10 and reportedly fixed the issue but now there is a huge block of ice in the freezer. I called the store and he said he is not liable for the repairs on the receipt it states water/ice is not covered under the warranty. They don’t cover it because they don’t connect lines. BUT THEY DID. The owner sent someone out. When I reminded him of this all he could say was sorry I shouldn’t have done that. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place."

"I’m very disappointed with my purchase from this store. I purchased a washer and dryer on December 14 and schedule delivery for Saturday morning. They didn’t show up until 4:30 pm. No one called to say that they would not make the am delivery. Then I was only able to wash 2 loads and the washer stopped working. When I called they said the repair guy was not there and he would call me the next day. Surprise he never called. I called them back and got no answer and I'm still waiting for them to fix the washer. Very poor customer service."
