"Customer service was horrible from the beginning of the call to set up a service repair. The older gentleman that answers the phone was extremely rude and inpatient. Also the repairman was very rude. He was at my home for 5 minutes to service my washer and told me he could not repair it and still charged me 74.50. Good customer service would have been for him to say since this only took five minutes and you only live 6 minutes away from our location I'm only going to charge you have price to be fair. I will not recommend KA to anyone and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB."
"Keeven appliances has been a lifesaver last couple Winters with furnace issues. Now I'm dealing with a broke dryer the wheels for the drum are bad and they had them in stock ready to go. Thanks to the lovely ladies working in front a great holiday guys."
