"On time. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Called/ texted ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. Its hard enough to get contractors to arrive on time these days. Not these dudes on time for estimate, on time for install. Courteous - Took care to cover floors where they worked or had to walk in the house. Cleaned up their mess when they were done. Fair - I had 2 companies quote my job. Was able to save a little money with Phoenix. I have a friend who used to install windows/glass who recommended them so I was able to go forward with confidence. Normally I'd be a little worried about what I am giving up because of a lower priced quote. I gave up nothing! Great product, excellent service, no regrets. Awesome communication - My goodness I must have emailed Pat 20 times and each time he was prompt and professional with his replies, always making sure my questions were answered.
