"Chase touched base a few days before the scheduled appt. He showed up on time and thoroughly assessed the job. He was attentive to a few needs we had. He was careful and methodical in his process and informed me of issues he'd found in a couple runs. They take pictures of every run so you can see issues and that the process is complete.
